Zoisa is CEO of Octopus Energy Generation, where she pioneers new ways to connect communities and businesses with green electrons. She oversees 4.9 GW of projects spanning 23 countries, representing an investment of $9 billion, driving Octopus’s mission to deliver an abundance of clean energy globally.
Zoisa’s leadership has sparked a series of bold, tech-driven innovations, including the Fan Club, providing discounted energy to people living near wind turbines; Winder, a matchmaker for renewable opportunities; and the Collective, a market-first retail investment platform driving public ownership of clean energy projects.
She is the co-founder of Octopus Electroverse, now Europe’s largest public EV charging network with 1 million users, and leads Octopus Energy for Business, supplying 100% renewable energy to 110,000 customers, from SMEs to global brands like Arsenal FC.
Zoisa is committed to advancing the abundant renewables potential of the African continent as a lever for growth. She launched the $250M Power Africa Fund to accelerate clean energy investment across Sub-Saharan Africa and is developing Sierra Leone’s first wind farm. Zoisa is also a Director of the Octopus Energy Diversity Foundation, co-created the Africa Energy Entrepreneurship Award with the Sustainable Markets Initiative, and was appointed to the Global Citizen Europe Board in 2025, supporting its mission to end extreme poverty by focusing on issues of health, hunger, and climate change.
