Teddy Mendoza is the Global Sustainability Officer at Hanesbrands Inc., where he leads the company’s global sustainability strategy and progress toward its People, Planet, and Product goals. With 24 years of experience across international business, environmental strategy, and social impact, Teddy works at the intersection of real-world operations and long-term strategy and transformation. He focuses on building sustainability approaches that are actionable, measurable, and aligned with business performance. Teddy holds an MBA in International Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge, where he is currently pursuing a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership.
