With expertise in synthetic yarns, knits, and woven textiles, Ajay has held multiple managerial roles in continuous process and extruder-based yarn spinning plants, driving excellence across product development, quality, and supply chain operations.
Previously, Ajay has worked closely with global brands such as Coach and Nike, contributing to advancements in yarn development, colour innovation, and specialty fabrics. Ajay brings hands-on experience with a wide range of polymers, including PET, Nylon 6, 66, and 12, Sorona, and PBT, and is well-versed in extrusion and process technologies.
