Larkin Martin is President of Turnrow Farm Services (previously Martin Farm) and Albemarle Corp, both family-owned farming businesses. She is the 7th generation of her family to manage a family farm that cultivates cotton, corn, soybeans, and wheat. She also serves as Board Chairman of Servico, Inc., a prominent cotton ginning and warehousing company in Courtland, AL.
Her current board directorships include the American Farmland Trust, The Soil Health Institute, Rayonier Inc., and Red Sea Ag. Ms. Martin previously chaired the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, The Farm Foundation, The Cotton Board, and the Public Affairs Research Counsel of Alabama.
Ms. Martin holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and was a 2012 Eisenhower Fellow. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate with Arthur Andersen, specializing in commercial real estate appraisal.
