Alicia Serrani is the co-founder of T.W.I.N. (That’s What I Need), a New York–based brand focused on sustainable production and inclusive design, using deadstock materials to create accessible, responsibly made clothing. Her work centers on building practical, scalable models for ethical fashion.
Before founding T.W.I.N., Alicia worked in finance at RBS and Morgan Stanley and holds a law degree. She later transitioned into entrepreneurship to apply her analytical and operational background to purpose-driven ventures.
In 2025, T.W.I.N. marked a major milestone by ringing the Nasdaq Opening Bell with Shopify and fellow small businesses, coinciding with the opening of the brand’s second Manhattan location. Alicia credits her team’s work for these achievements and continues to advance conversations on sustainable retail and inclusive business models.
