Kaitlin Campbell

Kaitlin Campbell is the Surety of Supply Director for Walmart Food’s Private Brands Sourcing team. Her team designs supplier partnerships and upstream initiatives that build food system resilience and mitigate risks to food availability and affordability. She previously held planning and analytics roles in Walmart Merchandising. Prior to joining Walmart in 2019, Kaitlin spent six years at international development nonprofit ACDI/VOCA advancing smallholders’ market access and climate-smart farm productivity in USAID and USDA programs. She began her career with hands-on orchard experience and internships in U.S. agricultural policy, which sparked a lifelong curiosity about the systems shaping farm-level realities. Kaitlin has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Biology from Creighton University.
