Innovation Forum is an independent London-based company with decades of collective experience in sustainability events and publishing. We research, create, and facilitate debate-driven, focused events tackling the critical business sustainability challenges around the world.

Over the past few years we’ve created successful annual and regional events, including those focused on preventing deforestation, sustainable agriculture, human rights and modern slavery and industry specific conferences in sustainable apparel and sustainable packaging.

The conference will have 100+ attendees representing retailers, brands, manufacturers, waste management companies, policy makers, suppliers and NGOs and other relevant organisations.

Delegates range from senior management up to director level, experts and specialist. Delegates are primarily from CSR, sustainability, supply chain, procurement, packaging development and design, materials specialists, regulatory affairs and  communications functions.

This is a global conference. It will be comprised primarily of delegates from the UK and Europe, but also North America, Latin America, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Yes, we offer a small number of places to students studying in relevant fields. We ask for some assistance over the two conference days in return for access to the conference sessions and learning and networking opportunities. Email Lia at [email protected] for more details.

Your pass includes admission to the event on all conference days including food and beverages throughout the duration of the conference (refreshment breaks and lunch). This also includes any pre-event drinks and networking drinks as stated in the agenda. Please note pass sharing is not allowed.

Innovation Forum does not cover any accommodation or transportation costs.

The passes for the event are categorized as follows: the NGO/Academic Pass is for representatives from NGOs, the public sector, and academia; the Standard Corporate Pass is for corporate representatives; and the Service Provider Pass is required for for-profit consultancies, large material innovators, technology providers and service providers.

Please note that the pass category is at full discretion of Innovation Forum, and all companies are checked and approved by our team. If your company or job title does not match the pass you selected, you will be asked to choose another option.

Upon payment you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration. This email will include a link to your receipt, a link to manage your booking, as well as your booking confirmation number. The project director will also send you a separate confirmation email with some further information on the event.

Tickets are transferable to colleagues without charge. Please inform Lia at [email protected] with any changes.

Please note pass sharing is not allowed across the event days.

As per our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made within 14 days of the date of booking will be refunded, less a 25% administrative charge. If you cancel your registration thereafter, we will be obliged to charge the full fee. Please note, cancellations are not possible if the conference is within 30 days.
